CASUAL WEEKEND

Weekend in jeans this time, ready for a couple of errands and shopping.

I love  to pair jeans with heels and a blazer or jacket and couldn't resist to get my favourite nude peep toes out again for the first time after the winter!
The platform and height of the heels are so comfortable and I am looking for another pair of nude pumps for the spring.

Recently I have been wearing a lot of brighter colours and went back to my neutrals today. When I look at these photos now I think that more colours are better for me. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Heute mal in Jeans für die üblichen Samstagsjobs und Einkaufen.

Ich bin ja nicht der Jeans & T-Shirt Typ und kombiniere sie daher am liebsten mit Pumps und Blazer. 
Endlich wieder eine Gelegenheit, meine Lieblingsschuhe anzuziehen, die super bequem sind. Ich möchte unbedingt ein weiteres Paar nudefarbene Pumps, da sie so vielseitig zu kombinieren sind und Ihr sie bestimmt noch häufiger mit Kleidern sehen werdet, sobald es warm wird (leider nicht diese Woche, wenn ich dem Wetterbericht vertraue!)

In letzter Zeit habe ich mehr kräftige Farben getragen als früher und bin heute zu meinen neutralen Tönen zurückgekehrt. Wenn ich die Fotos jetzt anschaue, bin ich nicht überzeugt und denke, ich sollte nächstes Mal wieder Farbe tragen. Was meint Ihr?

ITALIAN INSPIRATION

Since the weather currently really lets us down in Germany, Mr C and I escaped to Lake Garda, Italy for a long weekend. Dolce far niente - enjoying a glass of red wine, excellent food, sightseeing to Verona, Garda and Bardolino and a little bit of shopping.

Temperatures were still chilly but we had lovely sunshine and really made the most of our stay.

If you ever have a chance to visit the area (luckily only a 4 hrs drive from Bavaria) I highly recommend Residence Ca' Del Lago in Torri del Benaco near Garda.
Beautiful, cosy and super clean apartments, most helpful staff (a special thanks to Sarah for all her personal recommendations), excellent breakfast, secure car park, sauna and outdoor pool.

Das Wetter hier in Bayern ist alles andere als frühlingshaft, sodass Mr C und ich für ein langes Wochenende an den Gardasee gefahren sind. Einfach ausspannen, ein Glas Valpolicella und ausgezeichnetes Essen genießen, Abstecher nach Verona, Garda und Bardolino und ein bisschen shoppen.

Wirklich empfehlen kann ich das kleine, familiäre Hotel Residence Ca' Del Lago in Torri del Benaco am Ostufer, nur 5km nordwestlich von Garda.
Wunderschöne, gemütliche Zimmer, blitzsauber, extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (herzlichen Dank für alle Geheimtipps, liebe Sarah!), ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Tiefgarage - die etwas an Fahrkünsten erfordert ;-) sowie eine Sauna und im Sommer ein schöner Pool.
